This team plays a key role in supporting the investment management activities across AXA IM Prime’s private market strategies. It provides portfolio control services and management support in relation to middle/back office services, ensuring the accuracy of portfolio data, overseeing middle and back-office providers, coordinating fund launch activities, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and risk management. The team interacts with management as well as various other teams within AXA IM and external service providers.</p> <p>Job Purpose:<br>We are looking for a hands-on, experienced manager to lead the Investment Support for Prime team. This person will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process optimization, manage projects related to fund launches or activity migrations, and serve as a key interface between front office, support functions, and external service providers. Minimum 10–12 years of experience in fund operations, middle office or project delivery, ideally in private equity or asset management</li> <li>Strong understanding of middle/back office processes, fund accounting, NAV validation, and reporting.</li> <li>Familiarity with SimCorp, EFront, or similar front-to-back platforms; experience overseeing outsourced providers.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Process-oriented with an appetite for automation, documentation, and control enhancement.</li> <li>Ability to lead through change, manage priorities, and drive team performance.</li> <li>Hands-on approach with excellent organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Fluent in English; French is a plus.</li> </ul>
