:The Global Go-To-Market Team (Change Management/Adoption) is looking for a candidate for the position of Global Intern. His/her knowledge of Change Management and Project Management combined with his/her analytical and people skills will shape the core of his/her responsibilities. In this role, you will be joining a team of high-performance professionals across a wide variety of areas of expertise and roles, and especially cultures.Main Responsibilities
Use case development: independently identify, consolidate, develop, and present functional aspects.
Stakeholder management: engage and maintain regular contact across senior and technical gatekeepers.
Giving presentations: essential to have experience in developing a visual presentation and the oral confidence to dynamically deliver it via large team sessions.
Updating product documentation: technical expertise to quickly understand the mechanics of a tool and summarize in powerpoint for easier communication.
Communication strategy: optimise channels and methods of communication to be more effective & efficient.
Developing adoption KPIs and tracking progress: excel and dashboarding experience will be useful.
Adaptability and flexibility to absorb changing priorities and pivots to new objectives.
Assisting with change management strategy: use understanding of barriers to adoption to develop long term plans.
