What is the role and company?

A growing boutique consultancy based in Paris is looking for a Manager to join its specialist team focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) . The firm partners with leading organisations to deliver tailored solutions in financial planning, forecasting, and performance optimisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep technical expertise in Tagetik , particularly in planning and FP&A / controlling use cases. You’ll work closely with clients to design and implement high-impact solutions while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.

What will I be doing?

• Lead the delivery of EPM projects, with a strong focus on Tagetik implementations and enhancements.
• Translate client requirements into robust planning and reporting solutions.
• Design and configure Tagetik applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices in FP&A and performance management.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and client communications.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and solution scoping.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
