Ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
Resolve customer queries (phone, email, chat) for small and key accounts
Provide up-to-date info on products, prices, availability
Manage leads, qualify prospects, support inside sales
Proactively follow up on orders, returns, and claims
Keep CRM records current and accurate
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
Be responsible for logistics, ensure timely and correct deliveries to C customers
Collect feedback, suggest improvements
Prepare quotes, track orders, and help resolve issues
Act as main contact for customer needs and incidents
Fluent English (spoken and written) and French. Additional language skills will be positively valued.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual
Technical background with sales/marketing knowledge
Experience in industrial sales, especially technical products
Ability to travel up to 20%
User-level experience with ERP, CRM, Office tools
Previous experience: +2 years in an industrial company in customer service.
