Role Overview We currently have a vacancy for an Systems Engineer (DevOps,Linux) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Strasbourg, France. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Requirements University degree in IT, preferably in computer science, combined with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT; Proven experience in project management; Experience as Linux System Engineer (Debian, RHEL, RockyLinux, Ubuntu); Experience with DevOps,CI/CD pipelines, scripting(Python/Bash) and cloud(Azure/AWS); Good knowledge of web hosting under Apache/nGinx/Traefik; Good knowledge of backup, virtualization and paravirtualization, Docker Swarm, Portainer; Good knowledge of Puppet, Terraform, and Ansible; Good knowledge of Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Minio, Thanos, OpenTelemetry; Good knowledge of ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Syslog-ng components; Knowledge of networking, Netfilter, Strongswan and troubleshooting; Knowledge of authentication/identification, SAMLv2, OpenID Connect; Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; Monitoring of POC phases and user support for system issues; Excellent command of the English and French language. Responsibilities Help ensure the IT system remains operational; Monitoring of POC phases when necessary on new products; User support for system issues; Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
