Are you a fluent French speaker ready to take the next step in your career with an international team? We are looking for an enthusiastic French-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join a global support operation based in Limassol , one of the Mediterraneans most exciting and vibrant coastal cities! About the Role: In this role you will be a key part of the customer support team, delivering outstanding service to French-speaking customers. You will work across multiple communication channels to resolve inquiries, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to an exceptional support experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Deliver friendly, professional, and solutions-focused support that enhances customer satisfaction. Maintain clear and precise case documentation in internal systems. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and share insights that improve service quality. Apply empathy and patience to every interaction, ensuring positive outcomes for customers. What Were Looking For: Native or fluent French speaker with excellent verbal and written skills. Good command of English (minimum B2 level). Strong communicator with the ability to adapt your style across channels (phone, email, chat, social media). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
