WEITERBILDUNG ZUM FACHWIRT FÜR VERTRIEB FÜR BEREITS AUSGEBILDETE KAUFLEUTE (GN*) 2026

Du kennst den Einzelhandel wie deine Westentasche und willst nach der Ausbildung nun richtig durchstarten, ein Team selbständig führen und bei uns als Filialleiter durchstarten?
Wenn du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann im Einzelhandel oder als Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel besitzt, dann bist du mit dieser Weiterbildung bei uns genau richtig!

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Weiterbildung in 18 Monaten
  • 2 IHK-Abschlüsse Fachwirt für Vertrieb (IHK) Schriftlicher Teil der Ausbildereignung
  • Spannende Aufgaben und Sondereinsätze wie Inventuren und Neueröffnungen
  • Bereits während der Weiterbildung kannst du Personalverantwortung übernehmen
  • In der Weiterbildungszeit kannst du – je nach Leistungsstand, bereits erste Führungsaufgaben in einer eigenen Filiale übernehmen
  • Regelmäßige Blockseminare in unserem Bildungszentrum (BZE)

Was dich ausmacht

  • Du hast bereits eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (gn*) oder als Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (gn*)
  • Als angehende Führungsnachwuchskraft möchtest du früh Verantwortung übernehmen und bist gerne körperlich aktiv
  • Mit deiner positiven Grundeinstellung und offenen Art begeisterst du unsere Kunden
  • Du bist voller Tatendrang und hast eine engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und eine große Lernbereitschaft für schulische Themen
