Créer des userstories des wireframes user flows et des maquettes dinterface à laide doutils tels que Figma Storybook ou Histoire.
Améliorer et maintenir le design du produit pour sassurer que linterface utilisateur soit agréable et intuitive.
Contribuer à la feuille de route du produit en travaillant avec les différents chefs déquipe (tech sales cs) afin danticiper les questions pouvant survenir au cours du développement.
Réaliser des interviews clients afin didentifier des nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations produits qui répondent aux besoins actuels et futurs.
Développer et maintenir la documentation du produit y compris les guides de lutilisateur et les notes de mise à jour afin de sassurer que les clients ont une compréhension claire des caractéristiques et des capacités du produit.
Travailler avec léquipe de développement pour sassurer que les fonctionnalités sont testées afin de répondre aux exigences de qualité et pour sassurer que les bugs ou les problèmes identifiés pendant les tests sont traités rapidement.
