15-month assignment based in
Angers, with the opportunity to transition into a
permanent position (CDI) directly with the client afterward.
Position Overview We are looking for a
Key Account Manager (M/F) who will be responsible for developing business opportunities and strengthening relationships with a strategic portfolio of major industrial clients.
The main objective of this role is to manage complex business opportunities from the identification of prospects through to contract signature, while bridging commercial objectives with technical feasibility.
Key Account Manager (M/F) : What will be your roles and responsibilities?Strategic Business Development - Define and implement the commercial strategy within your assigned territory to achieve targeted growth objectives.
Opportunity Identification & Tender Management - Identify new business opportunities and analyze complex tenders to focus on high-potential projects.
Tailor-Made Solution Development - Work closely with internal technical teams to develop competitive, customized proposals that fully meet customer requirements.
Negotiation & Proposal Defense - Lead technical and commercial clarification meetings and negotiate large-scale contracts in collaboration with legal and technical departments.
Project Handover & Coordination - Ensure a smooth transition of awarded projects to Project Managers during project kick-off meetings.
What profile and skills are required for this Key Account Manager (M/F) position?Experience - Proven experience in key account business development or technical sales within large-scale industrial projects, with a strong understanding of contractual and financial aspects.
Skills & Competencies - Strong interest in technical sales within an industrial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across technical and commercial teams.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- High level of autonomy, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
Education - Higher education degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with solid knowledge of mechanics, piping, thermal engineering, or industrial processes.
