Position location: 1 rue de Senlis, Moussy-le-Vieux 77230 FRA
Your missions:
- Organize and manage export customs formalities in compliance with current procedures and regulations;
- Ensure smooth communication between TSSE, TSF, Ensemble entities, and customs authorities in the countries where Tereos operates;
- Organize export transportation for our goods within the assigned intervention scope (B2B & B2C Sugar Export).
Your day-to-day activities:
- Managing export customs formalities in compliance with procedures and regulations;
Verifying customs declarations; - Conducting random analysis of customs declarations and implementing follow-up on identified non-conformities;
- Monitoring customs clearance services and reporting on exports to the UK;
- Contributing to the centralization and digital archiving of all customs clearance files to ensure traceability;
- Communicating with our registered customs representatives;
- Managing and updating the database of British customers and contracted carriers;
- Participating in both simple and complex customs clearance processes, validating the necessary documents (Brexit, international agreements);
- Coordinating between the Customer Support Europe team, carriers, and customs declarants;
- Drafting proofs of origin: Origin Statement and Long-Term Supplier Declaration;
- Preparing monthly customs clearance dashboards.
Organize export transportation :
- Input/Record orders stemming from EXPORT contracts;
- Coordinate pickups with Loading Sites & Carriers;
- Ensure compliance with transport pickup schedules.
Handle documentary and customs operations :
- Produce the EXPORT document bundles associated with Orders;
- Issue Customs Invoices / EUR1 / INF5.

Maximum 10% travel within France / Belgium.
Reports to :
Export Coordinator / Warehouse Supply Chain Solution.
Direct contacts :
Internal: Central and local Supply Chain – Customer Support – Product Manager – Quality – Sales.
External: Customs declarants.
Your profil:
Higher than a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in International Business or Logistics Engineering.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in export (ideally in the food industry).
Customs knowledge – SAP knowledge – Project management – Proficient in Excel.
Written and spoken French is required.
Skills Profile :
Analytical and solution-oriented – pragmatic – customer-focused.
