Senior Application Production Support This is your mission Are you passionate about ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications? Then this position is for you. As Senior Application Production Support , you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and resolving issues for high-availability applications in a production environment. Your focus will be on driving technical solutions, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring top-tier service delivery in the Application Production Support space. Build side: Monitor and maintain the application environment ensuring high availability and performance. Actively collaborate in incident management, including participating in Situation Rooms for P1/P2 incidents and driving root cause analysis. Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL & DevOps processes. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth business operations. Collaborate with Scrum teams on application design, deployment, and enhancements. Run side: Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting issues and coordinating fixes between the Development team and other stakeholders. Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities while minimizing the impact on end-users. Maintain and update technical documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Implement and optimize monitoring tools within the production environment (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus). Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring 24/7 availability for critical applications. This is your background You have experience in demanding production support environments, particularly for large-scale enterprise applications. You thrive on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is your career path. You have experience in demanding production support or DevOps environments, with hands-on experience in application performance, stability, and troubleshooting. You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, where technology, collaboration, and continuous learning are emphasized. This is your expertise: Operating Systems: RHEL Linux, experience in performance tuning, log analysis, and system administration. DevOps/CI/CD Tools: CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype, and Terraform/Ansible for configuration management. Monitoring & Observability: Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, and ELK stack for deep application monitoring and observability. Containerization: Kubernetes (OpenShift) and Java application servers (RedHat JBoss EAP). Database Expertise: Experience with relational databases (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization. API Gateway Integration: Knowledge of API gateway technologies like Axway and Apigee.
