ICT Channel Manager Paris or Lyon - France Main Responsibilities: Develop and Drive partner relationship. Implement business plan with measurable KPIs to ensure meet/ exceed Channel Rev goals. Develop capacity plan and coverage model for sustainable 2-3 growth. Recruit new Partners for IT and IP products. Recruit new partners for industry. Work closely with AM to ensure consistency in engagement model and sales execution. Drive Channel compliance in Certifications and Training. Requirements: More than 5-year experience building & leading world-class, revenue generation partner business models. Experience in main Partner will be preferred. Proven expertise in orchestrating the development of Top-Tier partners and establishing long-term mutually beneficial business relationship. Proven experience of recruiting, enabling and developing partners to execute on business plan. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills. Fluent in French and English.
