We are looking for a Store Manager to help us open our first Repair Shop in France, located in Le Marias, Paris. We're planning to open at the end of April and the successful candidate will be a key part of this process. As a Store Manager, you are a part of the Retail team and have a central, important role at Nudie Jeans. You have the full responsibility of our retail team in Le Marais, Paris . The goal is to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and lead the team to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience. The position has several touchpoints in the organization and works in close collaborations with the regional general manager, customer experience, sales marketing, HR, and e-commerce. You are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of running a store and especially taking responsibility for its profitability and team leadership. The goal is to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and lead the team to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience. Main responsibilities, but not limited to: Set an example for great store management and customer service by leading the way. Make sure repair shops live up to Nudie Jeans standards regarding customer service and brand experience. Responsible for the sales and KPI´s performance of the store. Partner with Regional General Manager to maximize sales, profit, and reach key targets. Staff responsibilities including: Creating a dynamic work environment, maximizing team spirit, motivating and coaching staff members, recruitment, labor law and performance management. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines. Administrative work. Maintenance of stock. Responsible for the work environment, both physical and psychological. Who you are: You bring at least 3 years of Store Manager experience, preferably for a high end retail brand. You have great leadership skills including providing a clear direction, coaching, and motivating others. Dynamic, high achiever with a track record of exceeding expectations. Experience from training people in sales and service. Non-prestigious and have a “can-do attitude”. Result-oriented and driven by providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good at time management, prioritizing, creating time plans and setting deadlines for self and others. Strong problem-solving skills. Good software systems knowledge. We tend to favour Microsoft Office, Asana and Sitoo POS programs. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and French. Passionate about Nudie Jean's philosophy and our products. Our new Nudie Jeans Repair Shop will open in Le Marais, Paris – a neighbourhood where heritage, creativity, and counterculture coexist on every corner. Surrounded by independent galleries, ateliers, cafés, and likeminded retailers in one of the city's most iconic districts, we’re stepping into a community that celebrates craft, culture, and character.
