HR Assistant (apprenticeship contract)

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant , based in Cachan for an apprenticeship contract, who will report to the Director of Human Resources. Your key responsibilities : Recruitment & Onboarding Own and manage job postings and candidate screening in close partnership with Hiring Managers, using our ATS (Teamtailor). Coordinate and participate in interviews, helping us identify and attract top talent. Drive the recruitment process end-to-end to deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Proactively source and headhunt profiles for key or hard-to-fill roles. Craft and refresh compelling job ads across internal and external job boards. Be a key point of contact for new joiners, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and well-structured onboarding journey. HR Operations & Payroll Support Keep employee records accurate and compliant with legal and administrative requirements. Handle administrative processes for new hires and leavers (pre-employment declarations, occupational health registration, HRIS setup, benefits enrollment, etc.). Maintain and update employee files (medical visits, absences, contract updates, amendments, etc.). Prepare and update HR documents and data with precision and confidentiality. Collect and verify payroll inputs to ensure smooth monthly processing. Employer Branding & Internal Communication Contribute to strengthening and promoting Abbelight’s employer brand. Create engaging content (written, photo, video) for internal communications and social media, in close collaboration with the Marketing & Communication team. Internal Events & Employee Experience Help design and organize internal events that bring our teams together. Benchmark ideas, liaise with vendors, and manage quotes to create memorable experiences. Your qualifications : You’re currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources (M1/M2 or equivalent in Business school) and looking for an apprenticeship. A first experience in hiring engineers / sharp profiles and in HR operations would be highly valuable You’re organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable. You adapt quickly and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’re a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills. You can work autonomously while also being a true team player. You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. You’re fluent in English (written and spoken) and comfortable in an international setting. Compensation: In accordance with current legal regulations for apprenticeship contracts.
