The Project Manager Tech Convergence will be responsible for managing the roadmap, planning, budget, and risk management of the Global Technology (GT) Architecture. This role includes organizing and facilitating governance meetings, such as steering committees and weekly or monthly updates, to ensure effective oversight and decision-making. He/She will consolidate streams of GT architecture into a cohesive roadmap, providing clear communication materials to share activities and progress with stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills will be essential for driving transparency and alignment across technology initiatives.
YOUR ROLE
Your key responsabilities will be :
Governance Management: Definegovernance meetings, createscorecards, and preparestrategicmaterials for monthlysteering sessions with the CTO and EVP.
•Budget Management: Provide a clear vision of the budget, projectingitacrossvariousstreams to ensurefinancialalignmentwith architectural initiatives.
•Roadmap Development: Consolidate and listdifferentstreamsinto a cohesive roadmap, offeringclearvisibility and communication materials to sharestatus updates.
•Tech Animation: Define and deploytechnology animation events to engage teams and promoteknowledge sharing within the organization.
•Global Services Deployment: Monitor the deployment of global services, focusing on adoption, budget adherence, and effective change management across initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
Roadmap Development: Strong skills in strategic planning and the ability to synthesizecomplex information intoclear roadmaps.
Project Management: Familiaritywithproject management methodologies to effectivelycoordinate and oversee architectural initiatives.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparingmaterials and conveying information to stakeholders.
AnalyticalSkills: Strong analyticalabilities to assessrisks, project budgets, and evaluate performance metrics.
Leadership and Facilitation: Capability to lead governance meetings and facilitate discussions among cross-functional teams.
