We are thrilled to announce, we will be opening our first store on Boulevard St Germain in the fashion capital of France – Paris! We're looking for Style Advisors to help set us up in a new market and lead the opening of our flagship store with an expected opening date in April. We offer contracts of 12, 20, or 24 hours per week.

As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.

What’s on a typical to-do list:

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;

• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;

• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.

• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.

• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?

• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?

• Customer oriented?

• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?

• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?

• Fluent in both French and English?

What you'll get

• All salaries listed apply to employees aged 21 and over.

  Salary: €2,000 – €2,700 gross per month (full-time, 38h/week), depending on relevant experience, in accordance with the (Collective Bargaining Agreement (Habillement et articles textiles : commerce de détail)
