Responsibilities

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of technicians and operators while ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency. You will act as a key link among field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance activities and the continuous improvement of site performance.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the service team
• Ensure adherence to Vestas processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement
• Support the development and training of team members, including safety initiatives
• Manage workforce planning and ensure resource availability
• Oversee reporting, time tracking, and task execution accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background leading teams in operational or industrial settings
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems or wind turbine operations
• Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office; SAP or similar systems)
• Good level of English

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities

Additional information

This position is based in Lussac-les-Châteaux, France. Applicants must be authorized to work in France. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
