The Associate Product Specialist will work closely with the product enablement team, the product manager, and the software developers to support the development of MonolixSuite software and its adoption by users in academia and pharmaceutical companies. The role will gather user feedback, specify new features and test them before release. The role will also contribute to increasing usage of MonolixSuite via demonstrations to customers, user training opportunities, scientific publications, and case studies.

This position is an excellent opportunity to learn and combine scientific skills with customer-facing and product-oriented activities. The role will join a small, international and collaborative team, and play an active role in supporting a leading software solution used in model-informed drug development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present MonolixSuite to potential customers and scientific audiences
• Train users in pharmaceutical and biotech companies and develop training materials
• Answer customer inquiries regarding the application of our tools to various modeling and simulation situations
• Translate user needs and scientific advances into specifications for product improvements
• Work with the development team to define and test product features
• Share applications of MonolixSuite to read-world examples through publications, online case studies, and webinars
• Communicate our scientific vision, product roadmap, and innovations to the community
• Participate in the scientific life of the team and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Professional level of English
• Comfortable presenting scientific material to different audiences
• Collaborative mindset and interest in working with software developers, scientists, and customers
• Interest in scientific software development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of software concepts
• Ability to follow technical instructions
• Basic data entry and management
• Comfort with learning new technologies
• French speaking or willingness to learn French

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous professional, academic, or internship experience in related area
• Experience using MonolixSuite and R (experience in NONMEM and WinNonlin also welcome)
• Experience writing scientific publications, case studies, or tutorials
• Experience in teaching

Education:

• Masters or PhD in pharmacometrics, PK/PD modeling, biostatistics, computational biology, or a related field preferred
