Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a M&T Manager (f/m) to join our Avionics Products Development Department based in Toulouse France.
You will be part of a team developing strategic avionics equipment and simulation solutions for all Airbus Aircraft Programs. As part of the Avionics & Simulation Domain you will be involved in coaching process operations and driving improvements aiming at securing the deployment of the new PLM solution.

Your challenges:
Ensure process adherence and effectiveness while driving continuous improvement of methods.
Coordinate operational requests and provide tools methods or best practices to the department.
Lead action plans for audits/reviews and deploy the Process Surveillance Plan.
Manage Product Architecture topics within the framework of the new PLM for Avionics.
Develop partnering with solution suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective deployment.
Your boarding pass:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with out of the box thinking.
Knowledge and professional experience in Process Management.
Excellent communication skills to present concepts clearly to customers and senior management.
Ability to induce innovation and engage people in new operational visions.
Negotiation level in both French and English is required.
