Our Label & Artist Solutions (LAS) division is growing significantly and we are looking for a motivated Strategic support & business planning junior analyst to join our Strategic support & business planning team for a 6-month mission.

The Role: A Fast-Track in Music Strategy
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Business Strategy & Operations this is a unique opportunity to gain a 360 view of how a global leader in the music industry scales its operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Support & Business Planning

• Modeling: Assist in maintaining 5-year strategic and financial business plans for various countries and market segments.
• Budget Preparation : Help the Senior Manager in building Budget for each of the territories
• KPI Monitoring: Support the definition and tracking of short-term objectives during the yearly budget and reforecast cycles.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support Country Managers and Sales Directors.

2. Data & Governance Excellence

• Data Ownership: Maintain strategic datasets (Churn Pricing Staffing) ensuring data consistency and automation for group-wide analysis.
• Governance: Help structure and support Central LAS governance (Steering Committees Board presentations)

Qualifications :

You are a recent graduate from a top-tier Business or Engineering school or you have a first professional experience (including long-term internships/apprenticeships) in Management Consulting Audit or a fast-growing Scale-up.

• Analytical Mindset: You have strong modeling skills and love solving complex problems with data.
• Excel Mastery: You are a power user (Pivot tables complex formulas and sleek slide design).
• Agility: You are comfortable in a fast-moving ecosystem with high-level stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French (daily use of both).
• Passion: A strong appetite for the Music and Tech industry.
