You will be part of the Brand & Portfolio Management team a diverse group of gaming experts supporting projects and leadership teams across Ubisoft. From market analysts and audience specialists to genre experts and history researchers the team brings deep knowledge of player expectations industry trends and market dynamics. Working closely with these profiles on a daily basis you will be expected to demonstrate a genuine passion for video games curiosity about the industry and an eagerness to continuously learn about their expertise.
Reporting to the Product & Portfolio Senior Project Manager you will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of several transversal projects across a variety of topics including game-related initiatives process creation platform development documentation and internal coordination.
This role will provide you exposure to different aspects of project coordination in a creative and strategic environment while also including support on selected administrative tasks related to team operations and project management.
Your main missions will be:
- Support the coordination and follow-up of multiple transversal projects across different topics including game projects platform-related initiatives process creation documentation and internal workflows;
- Help structure information track actions prepare summaries update project documents and maintain visibility on key milestones decisions risks and next steps;
- Assist the manager in the day-to-day management of her projects including meeting preparation note-taking follow-ups stakeholder coordination and consolidation of inputs;
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations reporting materials project updates and internal communication documents;
- Support the creation improvement and simplification of processes templates trackers and documentation to help teams work more efficiently;
- Assist with selected administrative and coordination tasks related to team operations planning follow-up documentation and project logistics.
Qualifications :
- You are currently pursuing a higher education degree specializing in project management communication business or equivalent;
- You are recognized for your organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage several topics in parallel;
- You have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (technical production and business teams);
- You have an interest for working on both strategic projects and operational follow-up;
- You have a fluent level of English both written and spoken. French is a bonus;
- As a player or not you have a strong interest about the video game industry!
