Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Preparator (f/m) to join our Manufacturing Engineering department based in Toulouse France.
You will be part of a team developing innovative propulsive concepts and securing aircraft deliveries on time and with quality. As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team you will be involved in defining industrial build processes aiming at ensuring production readiness for future programs at the historic Saint-Eloi site.

Your challenges:
- Define macro routings and assembly routings for Secondary Structures & System Installation with an end-to-end analysis including traditional and/or innovative processes.
- Analyze and interpret technical requirements ensuring manufacturing constraints for new and traditional technologies are considered during pre-development phases.
- Manage manufacturing dossiers for recurring (RC) and non-recurring (NRC) cost estimates related to macro routings.
- Perform comparative analyses on materials processes macro routings and industrial systems to ensure program and production objectives are met.
- Responsible for deliverables at the product and industrial system levels for maturity reviews.
Your boarding pass:
- Significant knowledge in mechanical preparation and design ideally within the aerospace sector.
- Knowledge of traditional and innovative end-to-end manufacturing processes such as modular approaches.
- Experience with secondary structures and/or mechanical systems integration for new industrial systems or major product modifications.
- Proficiency in Catia (primarily 3D) and PLM environments.
- Advanced level of French.
