Your mission in the team:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Allianz Direct, your mission will be to develop and optimize data products that drive business decisions and operational improvements. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining data models, creating insightful dashboards and reports, and delivering actionable insights to support both local and global teams. Additionally, you will ensure the health and reliability of our datamarts and data pipelines, proactively addressing issues to maintain operational efficiency.

What do we recommend to be successful?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in data analysis, advanced SQL skills, and experience with tools like Power BI and Databricks (or similar platforms). You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, deriving actionable insights, and communicating your findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English and French is essential to collaborate with local and global teams. You should be autonomous and capable of owning projects end-to-end, from gathering business requirements to delivering high-quality data products. Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with Python and dbt would be a plus.
