In this position, youwill shape anddrive theCRM vision,ensuring strongalignment betweenbusinesspriorities, digitalcapabilities, andenterprisearchitecture.You will play a key role in structuring, scaling, andoptimizingourglobal CRMplatform,delivering aseamless andhigh-valueexperience forusers acrossregions.
Your role and responsibilities:

CRM Strategy& Roadmap Ownership:
- Own the end-to-end management of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platformat a global level.
- Defineand drive a clear,value-drivenroadmap, aligned with business priorities andthe overallIT& Digital strategy.
- Ensure strong alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, andcoresystemslandscape.
- PositionCRM as a key enabler of customer-centricity and business performance.
Product &DeliveryLeadership:
- Act asCRMProduct Owner, driving Agile practices across the domain.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
- Drivedeliveryexecution(sprints,releases, roadmap planning,etc.)with internal teams andexternalpartners.
- Ensurehigh-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions through strongdelivery standards.
Business Partnership &Adoption:
- Act asa trustedpartner to globalbusinessstakeholders(Sales,CustomerSupport,BusinessDevelopment,Communications,andEducation).
- Translateneedsintoefficient, scalable, and user-centricsolutions.
- Challenge andoptimizebusiness processes with avalue-drivenmindset.
- Driveuser adoption,engagement,and satisfactionacross regions.
Transformation &Continuous Improvement:
- Lead CRM transformation initiatives to support evolving business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Maintain a continuous technology watch on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform evolution, as well as industry best practices.
- Fostera product mindset andfoster business autonomy via low-codesolutions.
Governance,Performance&Operations:
- Defineand enforce CRMgovernance frameworks (data quality, security, user access, standards, etc.).
- Ensureplatformreliability,scalability,andperformance,in collaboration with IT operations andothersupport teams.
- Monitor usage, adoption, and business KPIs.
- Driveplatformperformanceoptimization.
Your profile andskills:
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business,Engineering,Information Systems,or equivalent.
- 5-8+years of experiencein CRMenvironments, ideally in international contexts.
- Proventrack recordin leading CRMinitiatives,ortransformationprograms.
- Experience in complex, multi-entity, or global organizations is a strong plus.
CRM & Technical Expertise:
- Strong functionalexpertisein Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, MarketingandCustomer Service modules).
- Good understandingof CRMarchitecture,integrations, and dataflows.
- Experiencewith Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
Delivery & Methodologies:
- ExperienceworkinginAgile/product-orientedenvironments.
- Strongbacklog managementandpriorizationskills.
- Ability todrive projects with a hands-on andsolution-oriented approach.
Business &LeadershipSkills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
