Associate Director, Investments

ppWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Associate Director, Investment, to join our growing EU team in France. This client-facing role requires an equal focus on deal origination and execution, working closely with our Investment/Delivery and Global Sales teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbDeal Execution (50%) /b /p pLead end-to-end transaction processes, coordinating internal teams, clients, legal counsel, and lenders. /p pProvide strategic advice and design optimal transaction structures. /p pConduct financial analysis including financial statement review and debt structuring. /p pManage a pool of lender relationships. /p pPerform lender research and evaluate available market options. /p pPrepare and negotiate term sheets and credit documentation. /p pbDeal Origination/Business Development (50%) /b /p pCollaborate with global sales and marketing to secure new mandates. /p pDevelop and execute a personal Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. /p pAttend pitches and help win new client engagements. /p pCultivate new client, sponsor, and lender relationships across the region. /p pGenerate leads in collaboration with the UK and marketing teams. /p pBuild and promote your personal brand with the support of our marketing function. /p h3Core Competencies /h3 pMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking or debt advisory, ideally within Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Origination, or Credit. /p pProven track record in business development and winning mandates. /p pStrong experience executing complex debt transactions. /p pExcellent financial modelling and analytical skills. /p pOutstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
