Role Overview:

Genesys is looking for a motivated candidate to join its legal team as anApprentice at Genesys France.Start your legal career by gaining hands-on experiencein a dynamic and rapidly growing technology environment while directly contributing to the success of a leading AI-powered customer and employee experience platform.

In this role you willbe part of theEMEALegal team(with afocusonFrance) contributing tothe day-to-daylegal operationsand workingclosely with internal business partnerssupportingcommercial contractnegotiation sales and business-related legal matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for law students who are motivated organized curious and eager to learn in a collaborative multicultural and fast-paced environment.

WhatYoullDo:

Support theEMEALegal team withlegaland business-related matters.

Assist in drafting reviewingand negotiating commercial contractswith focus on:

• Cloud services and SaaS agreements

• Channel partner agreements

• Software license and support agreements

• Professional services agreements

Organizeand managethe lifecycle oflegal documentsandthe approvalandsignatureprocessas.

Support legal operations related to sales(notably in relation to complex RFP responses) internal business requests and cross-functional projects.

Collaborate with team members on different legal matters(including the Compliance RegulatoryPrivacy and IP teams)gainingbroadexposure to the practical work of an in-house legal department.Help maintain templates andplaybooksin an organized and accurate manner.

Build effective working relationships with internal clients and business partners across different teams and countries.

Support the Legal team in promoting best practices process consistency and compliance with internal policies.

Use tools such as Word Excel Salesforce SharePoint Microsoft Office TeamsDocusign AI toolsand other internal systems to support legal workflows.
