Reporting directly to the Branch Manager in Lyon (69), and working autonomously from needs assessment through to project handover, you will contribute to the design studies for the Civil and External Works and Utilities package (VRD), ensure the handover to construction teams, and provide technical support throughout the construction phase. You will also be responsible for the financial monitoring of your discipline during the design stages.
Key Responsibilities :
Holding an Engineering degree specialized inCivil Work and External work Engineering, you have at least6 years of experience overseeing the construction of complex buildings, ideally within a general contracting company.
Recognized for yourleadership skills, you possessexcellent interpersonalabilities and combinediplomacy, rigor, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Englishis considered an asset.
Working primarily from the site office and in close proximity to construction activities, you are highly flexible and willing to travel extensively across the country.
