They are hiring a Head of Data to take on one of their biggest challenges: turning a massive stream of data (25M+ users, billions of tracked events) into a strategic lever to fuel our international growth and AI transition.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have full ownership of the company’s data vision and strategy. You’ll have the freedom to set the standards, choose the technologies, and build a robust and scalable organization capable of supporting a fast-growing consumer mobile app.

Your mission will be to expand and structure the Data team — which already includes a Senior Data Scientist (PhD) and an Analytics Engineer — by rapidly hiring Data Engineers, Analysts, and Fraud specialists to meet business needs. You will lead a team of 5+ people, and position the company as a data-first company.
You will also play a central role in exploring and integrating AI across all departments and within the product itself. Your role will involve leading the company’s transition to effectively utilize AI in both its products (personalization, automation, fraud prevention) and its operations (support, growth, finance).
At the heart of strategic decisions, you will directly shape initiatives around revenue optimization, personalization, fraud detection, LTV projection, A/B testing, and AI-driven projects.
MISSIONS- Drive the global data strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Fraud Analysts).
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and accessibility of data across all teams.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the data infrastructure (pipelines, cloud, monitoring).
- Foster a strong data-driven culture, enabling decision-making based on trusted insights.
- Lead high-impact analytical and scientific projects (LTV projection, fraud detection, personalization, A/B testing).
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, privacy, security).
- Put AI at the heart of the product and team processes, by developing AI-powered features, automation, and internal agents to accelerate impact and unlock new user experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data, including at least 5 years in management.
- A proven track record of building and structuring a data team in a scale-up / B2C environment.
- Strong expertise with modern data stacks (BigQuery, Airflow, DBT, Metabase, Amplitude or equivalents).
- Solid background in data engineering and/or analytics, with a good understanding of data science challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and tech teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Totally Fluent in English.
Nice-to-have- Experience in the mobile/app or adtech industry.
- Interest in applied AI (personalization, NLP, automation)
