Our Employment team:
We advise on employment and workforce issues that arise from transactional advisory and contentious mandates. The team supports M&A restructurings investigations and disputes as well as ongoing workforce regulatory and risk management matters. We advise on individual and collective employment issues senior executive matters and complex crossborder workforce projects working closely with corporate finance tax and disputes colleagues across the firm. Our employment lawyers operate through an established international network enabling coordinated and consistent advice on multijurisdictional and highrisk matters. We advise a broad range of clients including corporates financial institutions asset managers and other institutional investors.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As a member of our Employment team you will provide expert commercial advice covering a wide range of employment law issues. You will in particular be expected to:
- Draft legal documents (memoranda pleadings contracts) clearly and concisely
- Work with Partners and associates from different backgrounds and nationality.
- Create solutions using your legal expertise and apply effective research techniques.
- Be proactive in keeping your legal knowledge and technical skills up to date.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
We are seeking a junior Associate who obtained the CAPA and completed postgraduate studies in labor law or postgraduate studies in private business law. You are new to the profession or have experience in the practice.
Expected skills
- Strong writing communication and analytical skills.
- You must desire to work within an international environment of excellence where you will have the chance to collaborate on the most interesting deals. As part of a global and extensive practice teamwork is essential and you will often collaborate with colleagues in our overseas offices.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate eager to learn flexible available precise and capable of working in a team.
