We are seeking an experienced and people‑focused Plant Manager to lead a complex manufacturing site within a global organisation. This role offers full accountability for site performance, with responsibility across operations, safety, quality, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Performance

• Lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations in a multi‑process environment
• Drive key performance metrics across productivity, efficiency, and cost
• Ensure consistent and reliable plant performance

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead risk management and site safety initiatives

Quality

• Maintain product quality and support audit and compliance processes
• Ensure adherence to customer and regulatory standards

Leadership

• Lead and develop a cross‑functional leadership team
• Build capability, engagement, and a constructive working environment

Financial Management

• Oversee site financial performance, including cost control and productivity
• Manage budgets and capital investment planning

Continuous Improvement

• Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support operational efficiency and process optimisation

Key Requirements

• Significant experience in manufacturing leadership roles
• Strong technical and operational background within industrial environments
• Proven experience managing plant performance and cost drivers
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in structured improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and performance‑driven mindset

Education

• Degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
