VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS:

Nous recherchons un Responsable Unité de Production pour piloter le processus dune des deux activités de notre site industriel de Cholet.
Vos missions principales seront :

• Piloter et organiser la production (fabrication et essais) en garantissant la disponibilité et ladéquation des moyens humains et matériels
• Optimiser la performance de la production en déployant une démarche damélioration continue axée sur la qualité coûts et délais
• Développer les compétences et lengagement des équipes en accompagnant les talents et en favorisant la motivation des collaborateurs
• Anticiper les besoins en ressources et les risques techniques ou sociaux et mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptées.
• Veiller au respect des normes QHSE des règles de sécurité de lordre dans latelier et du port des EPI.
• Assurer le pilotage de lactivité et la communication associée : suivi des performances animation des revues de processus respect des objectifs projets et reporting auprès du Directeur de production.

VOTRE PROFIL VOS CONNAISSANCES:

• Formation supérieure de responsable de fabrication ou équivalent.
• Expérience confirmée dans le management dune unité de production (au minimum 5 ans en tant que manager)
• Solides connaissances des procédés industriels outils de planification (ERP GPAO) et exigences QSE.
• Leadership naturel sens des responsabilités et capacité à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
• Maîtrise des outils damélioration continue (Lean 5S) et des indicateurs de performance.
• Anglais professionnel apprécié.
