Lincoln International is seeking a Vice President to join our fast-developing Technology team in Paris. With an integrated team of more than 150 professionals in the world Lincoln Internationals Technology team is one of the worlds best M&A Technology team consistently ranking in top positions in relevant league tables.

This position is an exciting opportunity to help expand Lincoln Internationals Technology team. As part of a fast-growing team you will be able to have a substantial impact on some of the best Technology businesses in France and globally while leading on a wide variety of transactions including cross-border transactions with colleagues from other Lincoln offices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International is seeking a Vice President to join our Technology M&A team in Paris. Successful candidates have strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities bring strong experience in managing transactions end to end and are motivated by the prospect of joining a leading M&A Technology team.

This role entails working closely with the Technology sector teams Managing Directors and Directors in building relationships with clients and potential clients. This individual will need to have deep experience of executing transactions in the mid-market and will be expected to contribute to Business Development as well as Associates and Analysts growth at the firm.

Responsibilities at Lincoln International are often more entrepreneurial than at other firms providing self-motivated individuals with many opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and growing platform. For this role we are looking for individuals with the potential to develop into senior professionals within the organization over time.

• Conceptualizing organizing processing and delivering new business presentations;
• Contributing to transaction process planning and deal structuring conversations;
• Producing and reviewing transaction marketing materials and complex integrated financial models;
• Managing Analysts and Associates to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained;
• Acting as key client point of contact for day-to-day queries with an ability to discuss deal issues internally and with third parties;
• Preparing term sheets and reviewing transaction due diligence reports;
• Training and developing Associates and Analysts at the firm; and
• Contributing to the team and the firms marketing efforts as well as initiatives focused on growing the firms franchise value.

Qualifications:

The Vice President position at Lincoln International offers an excellent learning experience and provides a solid foundation upon which an individual can build a future business career. Interested candidates should bring the following requirements:

• Extensive track record of executing M&A transactions preferably in the mid-market with a minimum of 6 years experience.
• Experience and demonstrated ability in seeking and identifying new business opportunities in concert with Managing Directors.
• Experience managing transactions within the Technology or Business Services sectors or as an M&A Generalist professional.
• Ability to confidently and credibly connect with potential new clients and to lead client meetings.
• Excellent finance accounting and financial modeling skills coupled with pronounced business acumen and the ability to form clear commercial views.
• Experience in successfully managing teams of Associates and Analysts; and leading project work.
• An exceptional well rounded academic background ideally educated to Masters level in a business-related subject.
