Functieomschrijving

Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je helpt klanten met vragen over producten, diensten, bestellingen en accounts en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant een professionele en vriendelijke service ontvangt.

Je registreert klantcontacten nauwkeurig, volgt interne procedures en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om problemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen. Je draagt actief bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.

Vereisten

• Vloeiend Nederlands.
