Job Overview

Mercier Consultancy Group is proud to present an exceptional opportunity for fluent French speakers to join Dyson's elite customer support team in a fully remote capacity based in Greece. This French-Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson position in Greece places you at the heart of one of the world's most iconic consumer electronics brands, where innovation meets precision engineering and customer satisfaction is paramount. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding Dyson's full range of consumer electronics products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care devices, and lighting solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical product inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, providing step-by-step guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with warranty claims, product registrations, returns, and replacements in accordance with Dyson's established policies and procedures.
  • Educate customers on the optimal use, maintenance, and care of their consumer electronics devices to maximise product performance and longevity.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and case details within the CRM system, maintaining meticulous records to support quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex technical cases to specialist departments when required, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Stay continuously updated on new Dyson consumer electronics product launches, firmware updates, and technical specifications to provide informed and up-to-date customer guidance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience, contributing feedback and insights to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or EU residency documentation (mandatory requirement).
  • A genuine passion for consumer electronics and a solid ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly and confidently.
  • Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role within the consumer electronics or technology sector is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver empathetic, solution-focused support.
  • Proficiency in English at a working level for internal communication and training purposes.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with strong self-motivation, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.
