We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic and hands on Project Assistant to support the Project Manager and Project Coordinator in all activities related to the Engineering department during preparationphaseandevent-timephaseofmultipleprojects.

This is a role for someone with some live events experience thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys being close to the detail working within an international team.

Whatyoullbedoing:

• ProvideadministrativeandoperationalsupporttotheManagerandCoordinator.
• Coordinatetravelaccommodationmeetingsandprojectlogistics.
• Maintainprojectdocumentationandupdateinformationwithintheprojectmanagementsystem.
• Liaisewithtechnicalsupplierstocoordinatestaffingaccreditationandoperationalrequirements.
• Supporttheplanninganddeliveryofworkshopsmeetingsandinternationalevents.
• Assistwithworkforcecoordinationandprovideoperationalsupportthroughoutprojectdelivery.
• Monitorprojectprogressandescalateissueswhereappropriate.
