As Distribution and Transportation Coordinator, you are responsible for managing stock transfers between our warehouses in France and Ontime/Infull in the US, including entering orders upon arrival at the regional warehouse in the US and tracking shipments from suppliers to the global warehouse and Regional Distribution Center (RDC) in the US.
This fixed-term role, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, starts in October 2026 and will cover a maternity leave.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
- Follow up monthly with the Procurement team to confirm availability dates for goods arriving from Asia over the next four weeks.
- Validate and coordinate direct supplier collection requests with the 3PL transport provider.
- Enter stock-balancing transfer orders between warehouses in France and the US in SAP.
- Monitor transport execution and import customs clearance in France and the US, ensuring visibility for the central distribution team.
- Track each key stage, from pickup to delivery in France and the US.
- Send shipment documents to the 3PL transport provider and ensure they are complete and accurate, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and bills of lading.
- Create reports and tracking tools by consolidating SAP ERP and transport provider data for weekly communication with the RDC.
- Manage and follow up on transport-related disputes with the carrier and local teams responsible for the global warehouse and RDC.
- Work with the 3PL transport provider to anticipate requests and provide visibility on shipping volumes.
- Monitor transport, customs, and dispute-resolution costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Track the on-time performance of the 3PL transport provider.
- Coordinate the U.S. customs classification process with support from Regulatory Affairs and an external service provider.
