ARE YOU READY TO?

• Perform receiving, inspection, and binning of daily materials and parts deliveries to the warehouse;
• Unload, load, move, and store materials and equipment safely and efficiently;
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and compliance of inventory;
• Pack parts, materials, and equipment for air and road transport;
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation for domestic and international carriers;
• Prioritize daily workload, balancing routine responsibilities with additional and unforeseen tasks, while ensuring operational deadlines are consistently met;
• Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records;
• Manage quarantine processes;
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe;
• Identify operational priorities and take initiative to ensure warehouse activities are completed efficiently;
• Report warehouse activities and issues to the Warehouse Manager;
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
• Good knowledge of computer systems, warehouse software, and technical logistics processes;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting strict deadlines;
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks;
