Your Job

Support Sparteo's growing international infrastructure by executing system and network administration tasks, ensuring uptime, security, and reliability across our environments. As an Impact A contributor, you will learn from the team, follow established procedures, and progressively build your technical autonomy within a fast-scaling AdTech group.

To specify

• System Administration:

  • Monitor and maintain servers, ensuring their optimal performance.

  • Implement security measures and perform regular system updates and backups.

• Network Administration:

  • Manage the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.e

  • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes.

  • Support connectivity across various locations and ensure high uptime.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshoot system and network-related issues.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT resources align with business needs.

• Documentation & Improvement:

  • Document IT processes, configurations, and incidents.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and security in system and network operations.
    

Your profile for this job

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of network management (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system administration on Linux servers.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring the reliability and security of systems and networks requires meticulous attention.

• Team Player: Collaboration across departments, especially in assisting non-technical users.

• Curiosity and Initiative: A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and rapidly evolving IT environment.

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) — essential for collaborating across our French headquarters and international teams.

• Based in the Nord department (59) — required to ensure fast on-site response for infrastructure incidents at our facilities.
