Basedfromouroffice inPariswe are seeking a Public Relations Manager to manage our media relations programme acrossFrance reporting into the PR Country Lead.You will be a team player and a natural creative with a proventrack recordfor developing and executing successful campaigns increasing brand awareness and delivering impactful communication across varied customer touch points.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic directiondevelopmentand execution of earned mediaactivation acrossFrance
• Developdriveand coordinate the strategy and execution ofSharkNinjascorporate brand activity acrossFrance
• Manage external agency partners forFrance including overseeing agency resources ensuring they are briefed ina timelymannerand campaigns deliver against business goals
• Manage internal stakeholders and co-ordinate the wider teams inSharkNinjato create impactful 360 campaigns
• Provide strategic PR counsel to the widerSharkNinjabusiness and senior leadership team
• Co-ordinate with our global teams to ensuresynergyin activity
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts
• Manage media inquiries andhigh levelinterview requests
• Create content for press releases bylinearticlesand keynote presentations
• Manage crisis situations and comms to ensure best practice
• Monitoranalyzeand communicate PR results developing comprehensive reports to communicate results for key PR campaigns and initiatives to executive team and key stakeholders
• Evaluate opportunities for partnershipssponsorshipsand advertising on an on-going basis.
• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and makeappropriate recommendationsregardingcommunication strategy surrounding them

Requirements

• Proven working experience in public relations
• Proventrack recorddesigning and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
• Experience working inFrance
• Fluency in the local language ofFrench
• Experience of managing agencies (or coming from agency side at a senior level)
• Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Solid experience with social media including blogs Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn etc.
• Event planning experience
• Creative thinker
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running
• An agile approach to a fast and ever-changing environment
