About the role

The Manager, Spa & Wellness will lead the operational and financial direction of Spa, ensuring flawless guest experiences and the highest standards of service. You will oversee spa performance, guide a diverse team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the spa's offerings, marketing presence, and overall success.

What you will do

• Manage and oversee all Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the spa team, including receptionists, therapists, attendants, and freelancers.

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and treatment quality monitoring.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Housekeeping to uphold safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party providers.

• Oversee departmental financial performance, including budgeting, tenders, inventories, and pricing strategy.

What we are looking for

• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

• First experience in a similar position in a high-end institute or spa is required.
