MARKETING COORDINATOR

As part of our continued growth in Greece and Cyprus, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our local team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of marketing initiatives across online and offline channels, coordinating projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and helping bring our brand to life in the local market.

The Role

Marketing campaigns & media support

• Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate the localisation, adaptation, proofreading and distribution of marketing assets in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
• Liaise with creative, media and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Support campaign implementation and monitor execution across different consumer touchpoints.

Trade Marketing & retail excellence

• Coordinate the implementation of in-store marketing initiatives across retail partners.
• Manage POS materials, merchandising assets and sales support tools.
• Coordinate production with external suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Visit points of sale to monitor brand visibility and execution standards.

E-commerce & digital marketing

• Coordinate marketing assets for e-commerce and digital partners.
• Support online campaign launches and promotional activities.
• Help ensure digital brand assets remain accurate and up to date.

Brand activations & events

• Support the organisation of trade events, educational seminars and brand activations.
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of events and launches.

Reporting & market insights

• Support marketing performance and market insights reporting and campaign analysis.
• Maintain marketing trackers and assist with budget and project coordination.

Who we're looking for

You are someone who enjoys making things happen. You're organised, proactive, curious and excited to build your career within one of the fastest-growing skincare brands.

You also bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in offline marketing, trade marketing and/or field marketing. Experience within the cosmetics, beauty or skincare industry will be considered a plus.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Valid Category B driver's license and own car (required), as the role includes regular field visits.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative.

Start date: 1 September 2026

Employment type: Full-time, with a 6-month probation period
