Inquiry Analysis: Evaluate customer concerns, troubleshoot root-cause technical or account discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation within internal CRM databases. Continuous Improvement: Track and identify recurring user trends or systemic bugs, collaborating with cross-functional international teams to suggest workflow and tool optimizations. Candidate Requirements Languages: Native or C2-level proficiency in French + professional business fluency in English (B2 minimum). Skills: Excellent digital literacy, high attention to detail, strong active listening, and the resilience to review sensitive media objectively. Education: Minimum high school diploma (12th-grade equivalent) or higher. Eligibility: Must hold an EU passport or a valid, pre-existing Portuguese work permit.
