Your mission

As Head of Smart Infrastructure Buildings - Lead Country Bundle France, you will have full responsibility for the strategy, performance and sustainable growth of the Buildings business across a diverse multi-country organization.

With full P&L accountability, you will lead an organization bringing together sales, service, project execution, operations and support functions, while creating an environment where people thrive, customers succeed and innovation flourishes.

As a member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in accelerating Siemens' One Tech Company transformation by strengthening collaboration across countries, businesses and functions to unlock new growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Own the overall P&L performance of the Buildings business across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Morocco and Algeria.
• Define and execute the regional strategy aligned with Siemens Smart Infrastructure's global ambitions.
• Deliver sustainable, profitable growth while expanding our market leadership across mature and developing markets.
• Strengthen customer intimacy by building long-term partnerships with key accounts, strategic partners and public and private stakeholders.
• Accelerate the growth of software, digital services and lifecycle solutions.
• Lead business transformation through simplification, operational excellence and innovation.
• Inspire, coach and develop a diverse, multi-country leadership team and foster a high-performance culture built on trust, accountability and empowerment.
• Promote seamless collaboration across Siemens businesses as part of the One Tech Company strategy.
• Ensure the highest standards of compliance, ethics, health & safety and sustainability across all countries.

What you bring

• Extensive executive leadership experience within Building Technologies, Smart Infrastructure, Energy, Industrial Automation or a comparable technology-driven B2B environment.
• Proven success managing full P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable profitable growth.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, international and matrix organizations through business transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset and a track record of building long-term customer value.
• Experience leading sales, services and project organizations in solution-based businesses.
• Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen and business judgment.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop high-performing teams across different cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior executives, customers and external partners.
• Fluent in both French and English.
