Reporting to the Supply & Planning Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the availability of Sephora Collection launches in line with project timelines and market launch dates. You manage the supply of new products and coordinate the various stakeholders to secure the industrial execution of launches.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
- Ensure launch availabilityGuarantee the availability dates of new products in line with project timelines.Build and manage launch supply plans.Ensure the availability of the components and finished products required for launches across the different markets.
- Manage supplier capacityContribute to supplier selection for new projects, taking into account their performance, industrial capacity, and agility.Plan production according to supplier workload/capacity alignment and launch requirements.Anticipate capacity constraints and identify solutions to secure timelines.
- Supervise and support a work-study student in their onboarding, skills development, and assignment follow-up.
- Coordinate launch executionEnsure the placement and follow-up of orders for new components and finished products.Ensure production schedule follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.Manage industrial alerts related to launches and coordinate the associated action plans.Identify risks of delay and reduce their impact in collaboration with Development, Purchasing, Packaging, Quality, Transport, and Demand Planning teams.
- Guarantee Supply Chain parametersEnsure the completion and maintenance of item supply parameters in the ERP in accordance with business rules.Define component safety stocks to improve Supply Chain agility and reduce availability lead times.Contribute to the continuous improvement of launch supply and planning processes.
- Contribute to Supply Chain performanceMonitor launch performance indicators and propose corrective actions.Carry out the analyses required to improve timeline reliability and product availability.Proactively contribute ideas to Supply Chain transformation and process improvement projects.
