- In contact with subcontractors (Transmission of manufacturing files and adjustments

- In contact with the customers of the machines (development and identification of the
need).
3. MAIN MISSIONS:
- Participate in the development of the technical specifications of the requirement
- Participate in the establishment of the schedule
- Participate in the establishment of the development plan: identify tasks, tests.
- Validate design steps
- Participate in the continuous improvement of products (machine) and components.
- Comply with French, European and International directives and standards.
- Organize design reviews, verify and validate the documents created
- Ensure supplies for the production of prototypes and/or pre-series in relation to the
dedicated services
- Carry out complex feasibility studies and partially respond to calls for tenders.
- Train internal and/or external users.
4. MAIN TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:
- Establish technical specifications to formalize the project while respecting the design rules
- Analyze the customer's request for feasibility studies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Select and qualify components
- Ensure the regulatory compliance of the study (EN 280 Standard / Machine Directive, etc.)
- Edit bills of materials and prepare an instruction document for production
- Ensure in production a follow-up of the assembly and its adequacy with the specifications
- Assist production and/or the Quality Department as an expert in the resolution of
problems related to manufacturing constraints
- Support internal and external machine start-ups
- Ensure the adequacy of your study and the constraints related to the other sectors of the
Design Office (Subframe / Electrical / Elevation Structure / Hydraulics, etc.)
- Standardization and Directive: technical assistance and choices with the services
concerned.
- Create and monitor design rules.
- Carry out a technology watch
- Model the different sub-assemblies of the machine so that they can be tested virtually
before manufacturing.
