As a Workday Core HCM Consultant: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse and disparate teams through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English

Artificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery: Accenture is embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across how we deliver Workday, and you'll work with it from the start. As a Workday Core HCM Consultant you will have the opportunity to:

• Use Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators to work smarter across configuration, testing and documentation
• Get hands-on with Workday's built-in AI and machine-learning features that support HCM processes

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
• Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
• Up to date Workday HCM certification
• Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.
• Intermediate professional Workday experience
• Up to date Workday certifications
