NAVIRIS is looking for a Supplier Project Manager in Genova (Italy) and Ollioules (France).

Job description
The Naviris Supplier Project Manager will have the following tasks:
- to centralise Programme Management team interface with each Subcontractor;
- to ensure the “on-time, on-cost, on specs” delivery from first-tier suppliers, leveraging the knowledge of the Engineering and the frameworks provided by the PMO;
- To be accountable for a portion of WBS First level provided by some first-tier suppliers The position reports to the Programme Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the interface co-contractor/suppliers;
- Monitor Statement of Work (SoW) and Technical Specification execution with support of Engineering expertise;
- Organize with co-contractor/suppliers regular report meetings covering risks, schedule, change requests;
- Aggregate reports and information at Programme Director level;
- Implement Configuration Management principles;
- Enforce Quality Management rules;
- Anticipate and build Evidence Elements with suppliers;
- Provide transversal support with other managers.
Informazioni aggiuntive
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in PM activities;
- Bachelor's/Master Degree;
- Professional English (speaking, writing and reading). Ability to speak French is a plus;
- Organization, proven leadership and ability to work in team;
- Work in a dynamic and multicultural context;
- Ability to integrate third-parties activities and programmatic interfaces in Naviris own tasks.
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT
For the position, the starting gross annual salary will be no less than €45.000.
