Content Marketer (Remote)

Cintoo is a fast-growing scale-up building a SaaS platform at the intersection of Reality Capture and Digital Twins. Our cloud-based Scan & BIM platform helps teams manage and share reality capture data such as laser scans without compromising accuracy. As our Content Marketer you will own the voice of Cintoo across our digital channels and bring our customers stories to life through compelling content.

What you will do

• Social Media: Manage and grow Cintoos LinkedIn and YouTube presence by planning creating and publishing engaging posts on a weekly basis. Monitor engagement and adapt the content strategy based on performance insights.
• Voice of Customer: In collaboration with the marketing and sales team members identify and conduct user story interviews that highlight how customers use Cintoo to solve real-world challenges.
• Video Interviews: Attend industry tradeshows to interview customers on camera and coordinate the production of polished video content that showcases their success stories.
• Content Creation: Write clear compelling content for the Cintoo website blog and social media channels - including product feature announcements case studies and thought leadership pieces.
• Content Localisation: Adapt and localise marketing content including website copy social media posts case studies and campaign materials for key markets ensuring messaging resonates culturally and linguistically while maintaining brand consistency across regions. Coordinate with local stakeholders as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Webinars & Live Presentations: Plan host and promote webinars that educate prospects and customers on Cintoos platform new features and industry best practices. This is a distinctive part of the role - you wont just write content behind the scenes youll be the face and voice of Cintoo in live settings engaging directly with our audience moderating discussions and handling Q&A in real time.
• Product Messaging: Since we dont have a dedicated product marketing function you will take ownership of translating new product features and releases into clear customer-facing website content announcements positioning and supporting materials - working directly with product and engineering.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects Cintoos brand voice positioning and messaging across every touchpoint.

What you bring

• Exceptional English communication skills (required). You write compelling marketing copy in English and present confidently and naturally to live audiences - comfortable improvising and handling Q&A on the fly. Please only apply if you can demonstrate this level of fluency.
• Product marketing background with experience translating technical product capabilities into clear customer-facing messaging and content. Experience in the reality capture 3D scanning BIM or digital twin space is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience creating B2B content across multiple formats (written web video social webinars).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to make technical subjects accessible and engaging.
• Comfortable being on camera and conducting interviews with customers and industry professionals.
• Experience managing social media channels particularly LinkedIn in a B2B or SaaS context.
• Hands-on experience planning and hosting webinars or live online events using platforms such as Zoom or similar.
• Clear communication skills including the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage content calendars.
• Experience designing content experiments and using analytics to improve results.
• Knowledge of our target industries (Industrial Asset Owners / Operators and AECO) is helpful.

Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Product Marketing or a related field is welcome but equivalent practical experience is just as valuable. You will likely bring around 37 years of relevant experience in product marketing content marketing or a similar role with a strong mix of writing live presentation and collaboration.
