Develop NLP-Powered Player Feedback Intelligence

  • Design and build NLP pipelines to collect, process, and analyze player feedback at scale from multiple sources
  • Develop sentiment analysis models to track player satisfaction trends
  • Leverage LLMs and GenAI for feedback summarization and classification

Create Impactful Reporting & Data Visualizations

  • Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Enable stakeholder autonomy through well-documented, self-service dashboards and data literacy support

  • 5+ years in a data science or advanced analytics role, ideally within the video games or entertainment industry
  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Proven track record of deploying predictive models or advanced statistical analyses that drove measurable business decisions
  • A first experience with in-game data analysis is expected (even partial or project-based), demonstrating the ability to work with behavioral player data
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Genuine interest in video games and in using data to support decisions
  • Solid Python skills for data analysis and modeling (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, statsmodels, matplotlib/seaborn, Jupyter)
  • Comfortable using LLMs and GenAI APIs
  • Experience with modern data platforms: advanced SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric (lakehouse, notebooks, Power BI integration)
  • On Power BI, ability to build dashboards with DAX measures, data modeling, and interactive visuals
  • Strong command of statistical methods: hypothesis testing, regression, A/B testing, causal inference, Bayesian approaches
  • Experience in player or customer analytics: segmentation, LTV modeling, churn prediction, funnel and cohort analysis
  • Good understanding of video game business models (premium, F2P, GaaS), player lifecycle and market dynamics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
