Der Europa-Park ist ein Freizeitpark der Superlative: Er ist das zweitbeliebteste Tourismusziel und der mit Abstand größte Freizeitpark in Deutschland. Mit über 5,7 Millionen Besuchern im Jahr ist er zudem der besucherstärkste saisonale Park weltweit.

Der Freizeitpark wurde 1975 gegründet und besteht aus 15 europäischen Themenbereichen. Mehr als 100 Attraktionen und internationale Shows garantieren auf einer Fläche von 95 Hektar jede Menge Spaß und Unterhaltung für die ganze Familie. Kulinarisch werden die Gäste in über 30 gastronomischen Betrieben verwöhnt.

Aufgaben

  • Als Teil unseres kleinen Redaktionsteams entwickelst und verfasst Du zielgruppengerechte, kanaladäquate Texte für Newsletter-Kampagnen, Webseiten und Apps
  • Du konzipierst Inhalte entlang unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen und Customer Journeys und bereitest Themen so auf, dass sie verständlich, relevant und aktivierend sind
  • Du planst, textest und optimierst Newsletter-Inhalte
  • Du erstellst und überarbeitest Webinhalte unter Berücksichtigung redaktioneller SEO-Anforderungen und unterstützt den Ausbau unserer Inhalte im Hinblick auf AEO bzw. GEO
  • Du redigierst und lektorierst bestehende Texte und sicherst sprachliche Qualität, Konsistenz sowie die Einhaltung unserer redaktionellen Standards
  • Gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern planst und steuert Du Inhalte für unsere Webseiten und Newsletter
  • Du unterstützt das Online-Team bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Europa-Park Webseite sowie bei redaktionellen Aufgaben im Ticketsystem

Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Journalismus, Medien, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Online-Texten, idealerweise in einer Online-Redaktion mit
  • Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für zielgruppengerechtes Schreiben und kannst Inhalte je nach Kanal, Anlass und Nutzerbedürfnis passend formulieren
  • Du hast bereits Newsletter-Kampagnen textlich entwickelt und weißt, worauf es bei Betreffzeilen, Teasern, Dramaturgie und zielgruppenspezifischer Ansprache ankommt
  • Du hast Erfahrung im redaktionellen SEO und weißt, wie Inhalte suchmaschinenund nutzerorientiert aufgebaut werden
  • Du kennst die Anforderungen moderner Suchund Antwortsysteme und hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit AEO bzw. GEO
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und gerne im engen Austausch mit anderen Teams
  • Du bist gerne vor Ort im Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort tätig und möchtest die digitale Welt des Resorts mit Herzblut aktiv mitgestalten (mindestens drei Tage pro Woche)
